These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, www.fatfrank.co.za, and for purchasing our products.

FatFrank cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by a FatFrank item purchased through any of our sales channels. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

5. Packaging

Our products are packaged according to their descriptions. Footwear is packaged in protective single flyer bags with tissue paper. This helps us protect our brand and offer competitive pricing while keeping packaging waste minimal.

6. Payments

Payments made on our website are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

The choice of payment method is entirely up to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are completed correctly.
FatFrank does not directly process or store payment information.
Any issues with a payment must be resolved between the customer and their chosen payment provider.

For direct EFT payments, details will only be provided upon request.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery time is within 12 working days from the day after your order is received.
Customers must ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If no PostNet option is selected, we will deliver to the address provided.
For overnight or express delivery, please note that timelines depend on external couriers and may vary. ( Most couriers state 1-2 working days for overnight)

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the customer is responsible for coordinating any changes or delivery preferences directly with them.

8. Sales via Email & Social Media

Sales communicated via email are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Email delivery times depend on the mail provider’s system.
Social media sales are while stocks last, and FatFrank reserves the right to end or extend sales at any time.

9. Gift Vouchers

Valid for 24 months from purchase date.

Available in R50 denominations.
Can be used across multiple transactions.
Cannot be exchanged for cash; no change will be given.
Can be used for higher-value items by paying the difference.
Valid only on www.fatfrank.co.za.
Gift vouchers are delayed during major sale days (no double discounts allowed).
In case of disputes, FatFrank’s decision is final.
FatFrank may amend voucher terms without prior notice.
Sign-up discounts (e.g., 10%) do not apply to voucher purchases.

10. Links to Our Website

Certain organizations, such as government agencies, search engines, and news outlets, may link to our site without prior permission, provided links are not misleading or imply endorsement.

Other organizations may request approval to link by emailing fatfrankest13@gmail.com with relevant details.

We are not responsible for any content appearing on third-party websites that link to us. By linking to our site, you agree to remove any links upon our request if they appear in inappropriate or misleading contexts.
