Gift Voucher Giveaway – Terms & Conditions:

1. Validity:

Gift vouchers are valid for 2 months from the date shown on the voucher or date send on email notifying the winner.

2. Flight Value & Routes:

Vouchers are valid for a one-way flight valued at the ZAR(Rand) specified on the voucher or email within the following routes:

Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha).

If the selected flight exceeds ZAR Value, the winner will need to pay the difference.

3. Use of Voucher:

• Vouchers can only be used once and in a single transaction.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change or refunds will be given.

• Vouchers cannot be used for goods/ services of a higher value unless the customer pays the difference.

• All vouchers will be verified upon redemption.

4. Where to Redeem:

Gift vouchers are only available through www.fatfrank.co.za and FATFRANK will handle the booking directly.

5. Booking Process:

• The customer/winner must email office@fatfrank.co.za to claim their voucher.

• The email must include all required personal details and the selected one-way flight (to the value of ZAR specified or with the difference payable).

• FATFRANK will make the booking on the customer’s behalf and send the confirmed ticket via email.

• After the ticket has been issued, no further communication regarding changes, cancellations, or requests will be accepted via email to FATFRANK. The customer will need to handle this on their on behalf.

6. Liability:

FATFRANK is not responsible for:

• Flight cancellations

• Delays

• Booking changes or any other airline-related issues

FATFRANK’s involvement is limited solely to issuing the voucher and making the initial booking.

7. General:

• Only the individual named on the ticket may claim or use the voucher.

• In the event of a dispute, FATFRANK’s decision is final.

• FATFRANK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
