Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions for Giveaway

• Gift vouchers is valid for 2 months from the date depicted on voucher.

• Gift Vouchers is only available for a one way flight within the following centres JHB,

  Cape Town, Durban and PE to the value of R 2000

• Gift Vouchers can only be used in one transactions; and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  No change or refund will be given.

• Gift Vouchers may not be used for goods of a higher value, on payment of the

  difference.

• Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.

• Gift Voucher only available from www.fatfrank.co.za and FATFRANK will make the

  booking.

• Please note FATFRANK will only make the booking once all information has been

  provided.

• FATFRANK will not be held liable for any flight cancelations, change requests to booked

  tickets or delays.

• FATFRANK is the only party involved in this transaction and all irregularities or

  consequences of anything to do with this give away is on the winner or person

  mentioned on the flight ticket.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of FATFRANK is final.

• FATFRANK reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.

  Customer experience:

  In order to claim this voucher, please contact office@fatfrank.co.za, The customer/winner must notify FATFRANK in mail that they would like to book a one way flight. The customer must ensure that he or she has selected a flight to the value of R2000 or less, one-way only. ( locations as per T&Cs). FATFRANK will then make the booking ( with customers information provided) and pass on the ticket once confirmed, no further communication after ticket handover via mail will be acknowledged.
